At Body Essentials we strive to provide you with the most advanced services in a professional and comfortable atmosphere. Each treatment will be individualized to fit your specific needs. Products will be chosen and homecare recommended to correct problems and to maintain positive results.
Cancellation and Late Policy
Please be considerate of others and allow no less than a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you are more than ten minutes late, it may be necessary to reduce your treatment time, or to reschedule your appointment. You will be responsible for the full-service fee. Chronic “no-shows” or tardiness may result in an inability to be rescheduled, or restitution may be necessary for missed appointments.
Return and Refund Policy
All products must be returned within thirty days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will be made in the method in which the payment was received. You may choose a store credit if you prefer.
No refunds will be given on services rendered or gift certificates purchased.

Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.
